The AniU platform is a specialized service for streaming and downloading Donghua and Anime with Persian subtitles. At AniU, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' information. This document explains what information we collect from you, how it is used, and the rights you have regarding your data. By using AniU services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our services, improve the user experience, and manage accounts, we collect the following information:
Account Information (Provided by the User): Email address (for account creation, authentication, and account recovery) and mobile phone number (optional).
Technical and Device Information: IP address (for location detection and optimizing connection speeds to Iranian servers), device type, model, operating system, and unique Device ID (to manage concurrent subscription usage limits).
Service Usage Information: Viewing history (watched episodes and content for the "Continue Watching" feature), user activities (such as comments and reviews), user level, and points related to platform activity.
Technical Logs: Bug reports and app crash logs for troubleshooting and improving system stability.
3. Required App Permissions
The AniU application requires the following permissions to function properly:
Network and Internet Access: For online streaming, verifying subscription status, and connecting to servers.
Device Storage Access: Strictly for downloading anime files, temporary storage (Cache) to improve speed, and integrating with download manager software (such as ADM and IDM).
4. Purpose of Data Collection
User information is processed and used solely for the following purposes:
Managing subscriptions and enforcing account usage rules on authorized devices (e.g., one active device on mobile platforms).
Personalizing the user experience (displaying "Continue Watching," favorites list, and user level management).
Resolving technical issues, optimizing download speeds, and enhancing platform security against potential misuse.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
AniU does not sell, rent, or transfer users' personal information to any third-party individual, company, or service. Your information may only be disclosed to competent authorities in the following cases:
Compliance with legal obligations and explicit judicial orders.
To maintain the overall security of the platform and prevent fraud or technical abuse of the service.
6. Data Retention and Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
Users have the right to submit a request for the complete deletion of their account at any time.
Upon account deletion, all identifiable information and user activity history will be completely and irreversibly removed from our primary database.
For system stability purposes, this data may remain in server backups for a limited time. These backup data are completely inactive, are not used in any processing, and will be automatically deleted after a reasonable period.
7. Subscription Status After Account Deletion
If a user chooses to delete their account:
Active subscriptions on that account will be completely canceled, and it will not be possible to recover or transfer them.
Any cancellation, management, or refund of transaction fees will be subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment gateway and platform.
8. Data Security
We use up-to-date, standard protocols (such as secure HTTPS connections, encryption of sensitive data, and restricted employee access) to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, maintaining the security and confidentiality of the account password is the sole responsibility of the user.
