Terms and Conditions of Use for the AniU (Anime You) Application

Dear User, registering and creating an account in the AniU application constitutes your careful reading and unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The user's lack of awareness of these rules shall not impose any liability on AniU management.
1. Account, Security, and Privacy
Accuracy of Information: The user is responsible for the accuracy of the email or phone number provided. If incorrect information is entered, AniU holds no responsibility for account recovery.
Account Security: Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Any activity, misuse, or attempt to bypass restrictions using that account will be the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Prohibition of Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring an account to third parties is strictly prohibited. If detected by the system, the offending account will be permanently suspended without any refund.
Technical Violations: In the event of any observed misuse of the service (such as repeated account deletions, attempts to disrupt the application, or reverse engineering), the user's access will be blocked without prior notice.
2. Subscription and Payment Terms and Limitations
No App-Bot Synchronization: Subscriptions purchased through the application cannot be linked to the Telegram bot, and vice versa; Telegram bot subscriptions cannot be activated on the application.
Platform Limitations: Currently, only the Android mobile application version has been released. AniU is solely responsible for the stability and performance of the service on this specific version. Therefore, please verify your device type before purchasing.
No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the services and instant access to the archive, subscription fees are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled once activated.
Payment Gateway Errors: If an error occurs during an online purchase and funds are deducted, the amount is typically refunded by the bank within 48 hours. If not, the user must provide the receipt or gateway tracking details to our Telegram support team.
Card-to-Card Transfer Accuracy: When using the card-to-card payment method, the transferred amount must exactly match the amount stated on the invoice. In case of any discrepancy (paying more or less than the required amount), the subscription will not be approved.
3. Archive, Broadcasting, and Exclusive Translation Policy
Donghua Archive Status: The archive of earlier episodes for certain older Donghuas is currently untranslated. Users are required to check the list of translated episodes before purchasing a subscription.
Translation Team Authority: The selection, translation, or suspension of titles is entirely at the discretion of the AniU translation team. AniU is under no obligation to add titles that are not part of its service list.
Changes in Broadcasting Schedule: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as nationwide outages, technical issues, budget constraints, or internal translation team matters, the translation of a title may be suspended, or its release day may change.
Release Schedule: Announced broadcast times (AM/PM) are approximate. Content release depends on broadcasting priority, the time the official file is released by foreign sources, and the translation process. Low-priority animations (such as 10-minute shorts) do not follow a regular schedule.
4. Download Rules and Server Stability
Server Location and VPNs: AniU's download servers are located in Iran. To avoid consuming international bandwidth and to prevent technical errors, users agree to turn off their VPNs while downloading.
Mandatory Use of Download Managers: To prevent file corruption, users are required to use download manager software (such as IDM or ADM). AniU is not responsible for incomplete files downloaded via web browsers.
Structural Link Changes: Direct download links may be removed in future application updates, and downloading may be restricted exclusively to in-app downloads.
Users Abroad: Given that our servers are located in Iran, AniU is only responsible for the stability of the domestic network. Access for users outside of Iran may be disconnected at any time due to international restrictions, and AniU bears no responsibility in this regard.
Force Majeure (Internet Outages): AniU bears no responsibility for sudden server outages caused by nationwide internet disruptions or infrastructure network issues within the country.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Prohibition of Redistribution: Republishing, public distribution, sharing, selling, or commercial use of videos, download links, subtitles, or any exclusive AniU content is strictly prohibited. Such actions are only permitted with explicit written consent from management; otherwise, it will result in permanent account suspension without a refund.
6. Comments Section Rules
Politeness and Respect: Any insults directed at users or the translation team, as well as the use of profanity, are strictly prohibited.
No Spoilers: Spoiling the story in the public comments section is prohibited. Spoilers must only be posted in designated spoiler sections.
No Advertising: Posting promotional links or advertising other channels and websites is not allowed.
Note: Violating the rules in the comments section will result in the user's access to this section being blocked.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
AniU reserves the right to change or update the terms of this agreement at any time based on technical or legal conditions. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-app notifications. Continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
